Two air-conditioned, carpeted prayer halls seat 10,000 and look out over the Holy Mosque. Rooms are offered with city, mountain, Haram or Kaaba views. Four dining rooms cover regional and Asian cooking at El Etlalah, Arabic dishes at Al Fayhaa and international menus at Lagenda, with Arabian coffee at Caffe Cino. The hotel now trades as Makkah Hotel, so it appears on supplier systems under that name or as Makkah Hotel Ex Millennium.

A large hotel on King Faisal Road in Madinah's Central Area, roughly 400 metres from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi — a four to seven minute walk to Bab Al Salam, or to Gate 25, the women's entrance. Partially renovated in 2023. Family rooms sleep five and each bed has its own safe, which matters for groups travelling together. There is a fitness centre and spa, on-site restaurants and coffee shops, a mini-market for essentials, and prayer rugs and Qibla markers in the rooms. Some executive rooms look towards Mount Uhud. The Baqi Cemetery is about twelve minutes' walk. The area is busy and vehicle access near the Haram is difficult, so most guests walk.
