Confirm & pay
We confirm availability and take a deposit or full payment. You receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Visa & documents
We process your Umrah visa once flights and accommodation are confirmed — usually within 5 working days of valid documents.

Travel
E-tickets are issued after full payment. Reconfirm flights 72 hours before departure and check in early.
Umrah visa basics
- • Eligible travellers may perform Umrah using a Saudi tourist eVisa, an Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW), or other valid Saudi visa categories permitted under current rules. Hajj needs a separate Hajj visa.
- • Eligibility depends mainly on your passport nationality — UK residency alone is not enough. British passport holders generally have the most options.
- • Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your return date, and each traveller (including children) needs their own visa or permission.
- • Some trips use the Nusuk platform for Umrah permits and Rawdah bookings.
