A large modern complex on Ibrahim Al Khalil Street in the Misfalah district, spread across nine towers with more than 4,300 rooms. Rooms are sized for families and several sleep up to seven, with oversized wardrobes and bathrooms built for more than one person at a time. Food service runs around the clock across all towers, and the lobby opens directly into a shopping mall selling ihram, souvenirs and anything left at home. Prayer areas are separate for men and women, and shuttles run to the Holy Mosque.

A large hotel on King Faisal Road in Madinah's Central Area, roughly 400 metres from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi — a four to seven minute walk to Bab Al Salam, or to Gate 25, the women's entrance. Partially renovated in 2023. Family rooms sleep five and each bed has its own safe, which matters for groups travelling together. There is a fitness centre and spa, on-site restaurants and coffee shops, a mini-market for essentials, and prayer rugs and Qibla markers in the rooms. Some executive rooms look towards Mount Uhud. The Baqi Cemetery is about twelve minutes' walk. The area is busy and vehicle access near the Haram is difficult, so most guests walk.
