Yes. All UK travellers need a valid Saudi visa for Umrah. Eligible travellers can use a Saudi tourist eVisa, an Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW), or another valid Saudi visa category. Hajj needs a separate Hajj visa. Rules can change, so always verify your eligibility through official Saudi channels.

Yes — eligible travellers can perform Umrah on a Saudi tourist eVisa, and visit other Saudi cities on the same visa. A tourist visa cannot be used for Hajj, and Umrah is subject to seasonal rules and any Nusuk permit requirements.

Yes. The EVW is available to British passport holders, is valid for tourism and Umrah (not Hajj), and can allow stays of up to six months. It's single entry, so you apply again for each trip — but it's usually the cheapest option for a one-off Umrah.

Usually yes. The EVW is typically the cheapest route for a single trip, while the tourist eVisa costs more but offers one-year, multiple-entry flexibility — better if you travel several times.

Eligibility depends mainly on your passport nationality, not on UK residency. A UK BRP, ILR or residence permit alone does not qualify you. If you hold a Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi, Nigerian or other passport, your options depend on current Saudi rules — contact us and we'll check your specific situation.

No. Hajj requires a dedicated Hajj visa and cannot be performed on a tourist visa or EVW.

A booking is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email containing your package details, price and order number. Quote that order number whenever you contact us. We recommend reconfirming flights before departure.

You can book up to around 11 months ahead. Booking early gives the best choice of hotels and fares — last-minute reservations are often limited and more expensive.

Yes. The process is the same, but we'll contact you to confirm the details before the reservation is finalised.

Airlines use e-tickets, so no paper ticket is issued. Tickets are normally issued within 48–72 hours of full payment; if you're travelling the next day they're sent within 12–24 hours. Contact us straight away if you haven't received them in time.

Tell us immediately — the name on your ticket must match your passport exactly, or you may be refused travel. Keeping your documents consistent and organised avoids problems at the airport.

Cabin and checked baggage allowances vary by airline. Check directly with the airline you're flying for the exact limits on your booking.

Send a cancellation request by email or phone. Note that upfront deposits are non-refundable, and if a booking payment isn't received within 72 hours the booking may be cancelled automatically.

Refunds depend on the airline and supplier and are only paid once received from them — typically 7–8 weeks, though some cases take longer. Cancellation and supplier charges may apply.

A direct flight may stop to refuel without letting passengers off; a non-stop flight flies straight through with no stops.

Scheduled flights run to set timetables operated by the airlines. Chartered flights are arranged by package providers — usually cheaper, but often with fewer facilities.

Arrive at least 3 hours before international departures and 2 hours before domestic departures, and reconfirm your booking 72 hours before the flight for any last-minute changes.

Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your return date. It's your responsibility to ensure your travel documents — passport, visa and any insurance — are correct.
